FAQ

What is a Community Drop?

A Community Drop lets you claim only the quantity you want from a verified wholesale lot. When the community reaches the minimum, the drop unlocks and Pallet coordinates the inbound move, quality check, and delivery.

When will I be charged?

Your payment method is verified when you place a claim, but the merchandise charge is not captured unless the drop unlocks. Any estimated shipping and final order total are shown before you confirm.

What happens if the drop does not unlock?

Your claim expires automatically and no merchandise charge is captured. You do not need to cancel it or take any additional action.

Can I change or cancel my claim?

You can manage an open claim from My orders. After a drop unlocks, a two-hour cancellation window applies before the order enters fulfillment.

How does shipping work?

The lot moves once to Pallet’s fulfillment partner for receiving, quality control, and pick-and-pack. Individual orders then ship with tracking and delivery protection.

What if inventory is short or an item arrives damaged?

Affected units are refunded automatically after the inbound count and quality check. If an item arrives damaged, Pallet coordinates a refund or replacement when inventory is available.
